The staff was welcoming and always friendly. The beds were comfortable and were made with good bedsheets. The outside has been redone and is very nice. The rooms are older, but clean. If you like warm pool water, this is for you. I like mine colder. The breakfast needs more types of fruits, bottled water and a variety of danish or donuts. You cannot beat the price. It is two miles from the airport, yet I could not hear an airplane take off while in my room. Would definitely stay there again.

Within walking distance of a few restaurants and shopping (Walmart). Breakfast was more than just dry cereal and a muffin. Fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, fruit, sausage. Nice option to start the day instead of having to get ready to go somewhere.

Good space for the money. TVs we’re big, a/c worked well. Nice roomy layout. Lots of chargers and lighting. Fridge, microwave.

We stayed at this hotel a year ago and found it to be comfortable, clean, and conveniently located when flying into and out of Punta Gorda Airport. This year we again booked a room. When our flight was delayed and delayed it became apparent that we might not arrive before the hotel lobby closed. I called the Baymont from the Pittsburgh Airport and asked for their advice. They told me what time the lobby would close and what local hotel was open 24 hours in case we didn't make it in time. Our plane landed just 4 minutes before the Baymont lobby was closing. When I took my phone out of airplane mode I saw that I had received a text from them checking on our arrival time. When I replied that we had just landed, they responded that they would cancel our reservation at NO COST to us! That is a service that I never expected! And one that I truly appreciated because we were stuck going the hotel next door and paying twice as much. My thanks to the staff at Baymont for their wonderful customer service. I will definitely book reservations at your hotel again!

This hotel was much better than I anticipated. Nice, big, clean room with refrigerator, 2 tvs, sofa, desk, sink, microwave, coffee maker, big closet, lots of storage space. It was located on the 2nd floor, near the pool. The fitness center was very nice. It was clean with just the right amount of equipment for a great workout. I actually walked around the parking lot area for my cardio. The breakfast had lots of options, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, waffles, juices, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. Very nice and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful!! Prime location with many restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Spotless and very big room. Possibility to cook - pretty well equipped kitchen. Comfortable, and although the interstate is very close, super quiet once in your apartment. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Clean pool. Good breakfast with a decent choice of products. Great stay!

The entire staff went above and beyond. Super friendly especially one of the managers who opened the gym for us after we checked out and left the pool so my kids could change because she worried the bathroom floor would be slippery and they'd get hurt

I liked how attentive housekeeping was. Not a day went by that our room wasn’t attended to. We always had fresh towels. Also the room was so clean, I never saw one bug our entire stay inside or outside the hotel. I would stay at any Wyndham hotel again!

This hotel was right off the highway so if you were on that side I would imagine it could be a bit noisy but we were on the back of the hotel and there was no noise (a field behind). It was about a 10 minute Uber to get to the beach area of Punta Gorda. The hotel itself was a bit dated but it was very clean and the beds, bedding, towels, shower were great so no complaints. The pool area was clean and a very nice spot including a hot tub. We did not eat breakfast but went to the room to get coffee and the breakfast did look excellent. Staff were all friendly and when we asked for extra towels, they were given to me immediately. We would definitely stay here again.
